Patricia Palmer became a TPS Panther in January 2013. She retired from Guilford County Schools after serving as a teacher of exceptional children for 23 years and as a media specialist for 7 years. She holds a B.S. from Greensboro College in Special Education with certification in Learning Disabilities and Intellectually Disabled. She received a Master of Library Science degree from East Carolina University in 2007. Mrs. Palmer is married and has one son. She is also the parent of two miniature schnauzers named Rudy and Spencer. She enjoys reading, traveling, and time with her family.
