Why Every Gift Matters

The Piedmont School has been serving Triad families and the community for 40 years. Established in 1982, The Piedmont School has offered a nurturing environment for students with attention deficits and/or language based learning differences such as dyslexia. During its existence, the school has grown its enrollment substantially and is a leading educational environment for students in grades K-12.

As a non-profit organization, The Piedmont School's tuition dollars and annual fiscal budget are primarily dedicated to operational and facility costs. Fundraising opportunities throughout the year may be dedicated to specific departments or needs while the Panther Fund serves as an ongoing non-discretionary fund that supports any other need that may arise that is not supported directly by tuition.

Every gift to The Piedmont School and John Yowell Academy is important as it provides the school with what is needed to serve our amazing population of students each year. No matter how one chooses to give, the impact is felt throughout our school. The school's rich 40 year history filled with amazing testimonials is in large part to the philanthropic support of our community, families, alumni, individual and foundation donors.

We invite you to explore the many ways you can support our school and thank you in advance for your support of our school's mission to quench the thirst of students who learn differently.
