The Piedmont

offers a complete school curriculum
which provides small group instruction in reading, written language,
math and block content areas.
Time - 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Teacher/student radio - 1:4 to 1:5
(based on student ability and age) in core classes; 1:10 in Block

Tutoring & Academic Coaching: Individual, remedial tutoring service
are offered on site. Tutoring rates are per hour and
address reading, written language, math, study skills, and test-taking
strategies. Academic Coaching addresses subject area needs along with
study, note taking and test taking skills.
Time - hourly sessions, 2:30-5:30 p.m. Teacher/student ratio - 1:1

Half-day TPS Program The TPS core curriculum subjects of Math, Reading, and Written
Language comprise the Half Day program. Students must go through the
TPS admissions process to be accepted. Students may return to their
private or public school for block classes or may be home-schooled for
the remainder of the day.
Block classes consist of: Science, Social Studies, Art, Music,
Drama, Computer Applications/Keyboarding, Study Skills, and Physical
Education.
